Participating in psychotherapy can have a profound impact on your life. I believe the interpersonal fit between a therapist and a client is a key part of cultivating a relationship that promotes healing. If you would like to explore the possibility of beginning therapy with me, we would start with a complimentary 20 minute phone consultation. During this call, we will discuss your motivations for starting therapy and your hopes in working together. I will tell you more about how I practice and together we will decide if we would like to meet in person. If not, I am happy to help you find a therapist who is a good fit for you. To get started call me at (424) 835-1495, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org, or fill out this contact form.
What will therapy look like?
I provide individuals and couples with psychotherapy in-office as well as via videoconference. Sessions are usually 50-60 minutes in length, but can be longer if needed.
My sessions usually range from $190- $200. That being said, I am committed to offering therapy and guidance to those who are yearning for a deeper relationship with themselves and hold several hours in my schedule for low-fee clients and those who experience financial hardship.
The point is: reach out to me if you are interested in working together and we will discuss what feels appropriate.
I am considered an out-of-network provider on most PPO insurance plans. Many individuals I work with receive full or partial reimbursement from their insurance company. Invoices are provided for individuals to receive appropriate reimbursement. You can contact your insurance provider directly to understand their out-of-network policy. I know this process can be frustrating and I am happy to help you figure everything out.
