Yoga has been a longstanding practice in my life that informs my clinical work. I use aspects of yoga and meditation in much of my work with clients. Have you ever wondered how your yoga poses are supposed to feel or if you are doing them right? This 3 hour workshop is designed for the beginner and the intermediate yogi- anyone wishing to deepen their understanding and practice of yoga. Javanne will break down each pose thoroughly through detailed explanation and example. We will work together to find ease in each pose and the correct alignment for your anatomy. There will be space and time for students to ask questions and get assistance through each asana. Class will focus on breathing, core work, balance, inversions, flexibility, and bending through the spine. This is an opportunity to explore your body and cultivate confidence and connection in your yoga practice.
